The basics
1000 ELO is operated by STROM Ventures LLC. By using 1000elo.com and purchasing a coaching plan, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A one-time coaching plan ($4.99) that includes Stockfish analysis of your recent Chess.com games and 3 personalized cheat sheets. Each plan is generated for a specific Chess.com username, time class, and target ELO milestone.
No guaranteed results
We provide analysis and recommendations based on your games. We can't guarantee you'll hit any specific rating. Chess improvement depends on practice, study, and a lot of other factors we don't control.
Refunds
Since coaching plans are generated instantly and personalized to your games, we generally don't offer refunds. If something went wrong with your order (duplicate charge, analysis failed to generate, etc.), email [email protected] and we'll make it right.
Chess.com
1000 ELO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Chess.com. We use their publicly available API to fetch your game data. Chess.com's trademarks belong to Chess.com LLC.
Your content
Your coaching plans are yours. We don't claim ownership of your analysis results or cheat sheets. Print them, share them, tape them to your monitor.
Limitation of liability
1000 ELO and STROM Ventures LLC are provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($4.99 per plan).
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
