What we collect

When you use 1000 ELO, we collect:

• Your Chess.com username. We use this to fetch your publicly available game history from the Chess.com API.
• Your email address. Collected by Stripe during checkout so we can deliver your coaching plan. We store the email Stripe sends us after payment.

What we don't collect

• We don't store your payment card details. Stripe handles all payment processing.
• We don't use cookies or tracking scripts.
• We don't run analytics or share data with third parties.

Chess.com data

Your game data comes from Chess.com's public API. We fetch your recent games, run Stockfish analysis on them, and generate your coaching plan. We don't access your Chess.com account or password.

Payment processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Data retention

We keep your coaching report and email address so you can access your cheat sheets after purchase. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll handle it.
